Just a reminder that there is a rental in the Mainstage next week.
I will need Lane and either Patick or Tony on Wednesday to help setup the event. Gaby, Kris and Alex will actually run the event: Gaby on Sound, Kris on lights, and Alex backstage.
Security is a concern for this event, so access to the area is to be limited to event crew only.
Wednesday 8am- 5pm load in
Thursday 8am - 5pm tech and rehearsals
Friday 8am call
