schedule through July 7

Just an outline of the next couple of weeks:

CAMP SHOW

The camp show is July 3rd. Tech rehearsals start on Friday, July 29th, with final rehearsals on July 2nd.


RENTAL: TEATRO AVANTE

The Hispanic Theatre festival will putting in a show over the holiday. I've been trying to get a schedule from them, but on our end we've booked times for them. Alex Herrin will be handling sound, since Lane will be putting TOMFOOLERY in upstairs. Kris Cardena will be probably be in on lights, so Patrick and TOny can concentrate on our own show.

The Festival's first show is Friday at 8:30pm. There will also be shows 8:30 saturday and 3pm on sunday.

TOMFOOLERY

Carl is out of town THIS saturday. I will swing in after the show on saturday to help with changeover.

Ten out of Twelve is on Sunday, July 8th. Saturday will begin after the matinee and run until 11pm.

Rotary Club Promo has been canceled.

They canceled the meeting, so no promo. The online calendar is updated, but the PDF calendar sent to the actors has the event.

Calendar Updates as of June 11

As per the discussion in Friday's Production Meeting:

1. The black box has been reserved for music rehearsals on June 23 and 24, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm.
2. Saturday, July 7th: TOMFOOLERY rehearsal will run from 4pm to midnight.
3. Sunday, July 8th: ten out of twelve rehearsal day from noon to midnight.
4. Tuesday, July 1oth: rehearsal called at 1:00pm, and may run to 11:00 pm.

A PDF version of the actors' calender for TOMFOOLERY has been sent to Christy. This is the same calender found HERE.

The photo shoot for promo shots has been moved to Tuesday, June 26th. This schedule means it can be done on the set, as FABLE FACTORY will be done for the day.

Various updates

Here's a partial list of what's been done this week:

• The production home page is complete for the Mainstage season.
• All calendars are updated through August of 2008.
• Lane has finished the new"On Hold" recording, and I've uploaded it. Lane is still researching new playback devices.
• The marquee has been updated for this week. It changes again this Tuesday, FABLE FACTORY moves to the center, and Camp goes to that side. The following week TOMFOOLERY takes center, and FF goes to THAT side.
• BOY FROM RUSSIA has been struck, and the floor for the summer season has been installed
• The Mainstage light plot has been restored to the LCAF plot, so I can send copies to the rentals for July and August.
• Tony has begun changing over lights for the summer season.
• the Black Box has been repainted.
  

Still in process:

• TYA web updates.
• Conservatory web and calendar updates.

Web page updated

I am in the process of updating the production department homepage. This will include the basic information such as the creative team and critical dates, but will also include a description of the shows.

The old site is still up, and I have links to the old site in the new site, and I will add cross links from the TOMFOOLERY and FABLE FACTORY pages.
